Your First Session

What to Expect

Every athlete's journey starts with an honest assessment. Here's what happens when you walk in.

1

Mechanics Assessment

Thomas starts by assessing your mechanics — there could be 5-10 things done wrong before you ever take a shot. He identifies the highest-impact areas to address first.

2

Targeted Training

Sessions focus on shooting form, fundamentals, finishing, and the mental approach to competition. Every drill has a purpose tied to your development goals.

3

Clear Next Steps

You'll leave with specific things to work on and a clear sense of your development path. Thomas recommends a training cadence based on your goals and current level.
